At Delta Corporation, road safety is a deeply personal issue for us – our 5,000 employees and their families travel the country’s roadways every day – and reducing road safety risks is a top priority. As a large user of roads, we have a responsibility and an opportunity to be part of the solution.

The United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) have set the ambitious target of halving the number of deaths and injuries from road traffic crashes by 2020. Here at Delta Corporation, we are supporting the delivery of the UN SDGs and helping to drive progress forward.

We are in a unique position to take a leadership role in bringing people together to improve road safety and make a significant positive impact on our communities.

We will continue to work in partnership with the Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe to address road safety issues.

We have a fleet compliment of 250 heavy vehicles, 600 light motor vehicles and this travel +\- 10,000,000 kms every year – so reducing road safety risks is a top priority.
