Our approach
The health and safety of our colleagues is always our top priority. We work vigorously to achieve high standards of health and safety in our offices, breweries, bottling plants, facilities and throughout our value chain. This year a top priority was on colleague safety and well-being throughout the pandemic. We have implemented precautionary measures to ensure that working environments meet or exceed guidelines from the World Health Organization and local governments. We evaluated best practices and created protocols around personal protective equipment, testing, social distancing, temperature checks and cleaning requirements, then cascaded the approach across our business units.
